PROBLEM

The idea was to to become the one stop repair shop for all gadgets. However, they were unable to reach the masses and weren’t able to use the digitization to their advantage. The technical know how of how to get started online was very different from what they were used to doing. There was another idea of giving their customers the flexibility of gadget repair solutions from the comfort of their homes.

SOLUTION

We assisted them by creating a new visual identity for them which would be better suited for the online. Now that we had new identity in place, in order for them to offer repairing solutions from customers homes we created a website for them which met his objective. Like the identity, the website too was made keeping it as minimal and futuristic as possible. However, we also helped them define a process for the customers making the process of getting solutions for ones gadgets online a very simple yet efficient.
